I work with people discovering in midlife that autism or AuDHD may explain a lifetime of masking, exhaustion, and feeling like something was always slightly "off."

I spent years working with people navigating loss — pregnancy loss, trauma, grief that doesn't fit neatly into a sympathy card. Somewhere along the way, I kept meeting women who were capable, accomplished, exhausted — and quietly wondering if there was a reason everything had always felt harder than it looked from the outside.
I understand that wondering. I know what it's like to be the one everyone depends on, to rehearse conversations in advance, to come home from ordinary days and feel like you've run a marathon no one else can see. I also know that naming something — autism, ADHD, AuDHD, or just "I've been masking my whole life" — doesn't automatically make it easier. Sometimes it makes room for grief you didn't know you were carrying.
I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to help you stop performing long enough to figure out who you actually are.
